Our executives have decades of experience in the local luxury service industry, having helped tens of thousands of high-end customers with everything from wine, restaurants, lodging and more. Our drivers are locals with deep connections to the community; in many cases they also are sommeliers. All of our people are local to the area, which means we’ve been building our knowledge of Napa & Sonoma, San Francisco, and Carmel & Monterey for years. Michael Lagau


Founder, Certified Sommelier, Hospitality Expert

 

Our founder and CEO Michael Lagau is a wine expert who has extensive experience in hospitality. Michael is a Bay Area-native who has worked in luxury hotels and restaurants for the last 20 years. He founded Bin415 in 2013. Before that, Michael worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and top-rated hotels owned by The Four Seasons and Fairmont. He also had the privilege of working with celebrity chefs such as Hubert Keller (Fleur de Lys) and Daniel Patterson (Coi).  Michael fell in love with wine for the first time in 2001 while managing a small wine bar in La Jolla, Calif. He became a Level 2-Certified Sommelier in 2010. Today he tells the world about how to plan a trip to California Wine Country.

Kelly Evans
Advanced Sommelier,
Hospitality Expert

 

Wine is a passion for Kelly Evans. He’s currently an advanced sommelier, and he is well on his way to becoming a master. Kelly has worked in the wine industry for years, most recently serving as the head sommelier at Saison, a San Francisco restaurant that earned three stars from the Michelin guide. The Houston native also has worked as sommelier and general manager at RN74, Lazy Bear, and other restaurants around the Bay Area. He knows his way from Napa to San Francisco and back again.

Jerri Rose Tassan


Sommelier, Hospitality Expert

 

Having served on executive management teams at five-star and five-diamond resorts, Jerri Tassan knows precisely what good customer service is about. In these roles, Jerri was tasked time and time again to provide high-level, personalized specialty customer service experiences. Put simply: She knows how to make others feel special. Jerri has worked in many high-end restaurants, worked as a sommelier, and has developed a love and appreciation of wine through travel. In her free time, she loves gardening and farming.
