Why You Should Choose Bin 415 For Your Private Napa Wine Tour

1. Your private Napa wine tour includes your very own Certified or Sommelier. Have a wine question that has been bugging you forever?  Always wanted to know how wine is made? What makes Chardonnay buttery?  Here’s your chance to fire away. All of our drivers are certified sommeliers, an internationally recognized credential that assures a rigorous wine background.  Granted, we’re all wine geeks, but we’re not going to roll our eyes at any questions you may have, we’re simply a resource if you care to tap into our passion or knowledge.

For some groups, they want to be dropped off at the front of each winery, “ok, see you in an hour.”  For others, having a sommelier guide along with them throughout each tasting helps fill in the blanks and add additional narratives/laughs/sarcasm….   It’s your special day, we just want it to be an amazing unforgettable experience.

2. Your Napa wine tour is customized, unscripted, and personable. Itineraries are generally put together following a guest consultation prior to the day of departure.  Our goal is to understand what you want to get out of the day and guide you through an experience that exceeds your expectations. With over 800 wineries in Napa and Sonoma and hundreds of restaurants to choose from, let us help you navigate through it all–it’s what we do, it’s what we eat and drink.   Rest assured, each of us is well grounded in hospitality–having worked in wineries, restaurants, wine bars, and luxury hotels throughout the Bay Area–thus we understand the importance of setting the right tone and mood for the day.

Don’t know what you want? We can plan the whole day for you; a typical day is 3-4 wineries plus lunch at an established restaurant like Michael Chiarello’s Bottega or a terrace table at Auberge du Soleil. We’ll handle all restaurant and winery reservations, your only responsibility is to relax, have fun, and drink wine.

3. Our partner wineries offer a very intimate, private, elevated wine tasting experience. This is a short list for a reason.  Our partner wineries are hidden gems who consistently deliver fine wine, unique inviting ambiance, and very personable hospitality.  The iconic world-renowned wineries have their place but there’s something about sharing these small family owned boutique wineries with someone that can turn a day from being great to amazing.  The relationships we’ve built with these boutique wineries have allowed us to provide you with behind the scenes access–from crush pads to wine caves to vineyards—minus the large group and tour-like feeling.  These private tastings are in intimate beautiful settings with limited production high quality wines poured by real wine people giving you the real story. You’ll feel like part of the family.
