San Francisco Private Tours: Leave Your Heart In San Francisco

San Francisco is a city on the edge. It sits at the end of the continent, with bluff tops and beaches that look out on the mighty Pacific Ocean, and the Golden Gate Bridge that stands like a beacon to welcome the world. It is home to the latest and greatest technology, architecture, food, and more. Our San Francisco private tours offer immersive explorations of this trailblazing city, introducing guests to people and places they likely wouldn’t experience otherwise. Trips include stops at many of the city’s most iconic landmarks, a great meal, and plenty of opportunities to collect a gallery of photos for posterity. Some of our excursions even include side ventures to the redwood forests of Muir Woods and secret beaches nearby. Throughout each of our San Francisco tours, our knowledgeable guides share history and perspective that only locals would have.

“Bin 415 exceeded our expectations on this trip. Our host was very informative, professional, and friendly. I was shocked we checked off all the places we wanted to visit. This was an absolute awesome experience.”

Consider Bin415 your private tour guide of San Francisco. All our tours start downtown. From there our guides take guests on an exclusive adventure that touches just about every part of the city. Most tours wind through Nob Hill, Russian Hill, Lombard Street, Fisherman’s Wharf, the Palace of Fine Arts, Billionaire’s Row in Pacific Heights, Haight-Ashbury, Chinatown, Twin Peaks, Hayes Valley, and more.

In North Beach, the Italian neighborhood, guides stop at Coit Tower and take guests inside to see the beloved murals that depict California life from a century ago. In Alamo Square, the tour includes time at the famous Seven Sisters—a row of pastel-colored Victorian and Edwardian homes that have become one of the most recognizable gems of the city. The visit to SoMa includes stops at headquarters buildings for the country’s biggest technology companies, while the top in Hayes Valley incorporates a rundown of public art pieces from the Burning Man Festival. We are even happy to make a reservation or stop for lunch at a San Francisco-area restaurant.

What to Expect

We believe some of the best views of San Francisco are outside of the city, so all tours bring guests across the Golden Gate bridge to the Marin Headlands for a different perspective. Once they’re on the northern side of the bridge, our guides introduce guests to the seaside city of Sausalito and offer to extend the tour with a stop at the towering redwoods of Muir Woods National Monument.

“So great! When you ask 4 people what to see in San Francisco, you get 16 answers. Bin 415 was able to take us all over the City!”

Your Personal Tour Guide of San Francisco

Because Bin 415 guides are all locals, our tours include other off-beat stops that are completely tailored to guest interests. If our guests like coffee, we’ll incorporate visits to some of the city’s best independent coffee shops. If our guests prefer beer, we’ll spend time at one or two craft breweries. Many of our guides have relationships with local wine bars and can work in a stop at one or two of those, as well.  Think of us as your San Francisco travel agency.

Above all else, our private tours of San Francisco work to highlight the personalities of each different neighborhood and show guests how all the parts of this glorious city come together to make it what it is today.
